Here are November 2014 and 2015 housing market trends for Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville and surrounding areas.

Saskatoon Areas 1-5 (East, South & Near Downtown, North & Near Downtown, West & Near Downtown, West)

New Listings in Saskatoon Areas 1–5 went up 5.3%. Inventory grew 20.5%.

The Bank of Canada has kept interest rates low throughout this year. Also, rates are expected to
